I want to return it. Sent 2x a mail no reaction. Short range is not good, really short readings tried it all no difference, trackman from my pro confirmed my real distance. Sometimes more than 35 meters short. WiFi streamline doesn’t work. That are exactly the two aspects that are important for me. Please reply to my email how to return it or I will share my experience on social media.

It would be fantastic to have the option to upload swing films into the Badger for assessment.
Delivery and purchase very easy. Just not convinced I’m getting accurate numbers. Sometimes it makes sense and other times it shows distances that are way longer than what I hit. So not always helpful or meeting my expectations.

Connection to the iPhone works but not iPad
After two or three fitting and trsaining session, we discovered a lot functionality, extremelly easy to use, but efficient for customer to understand the way they are hitting balls. Great product at a really decent price. Well done

Hi Sir are you sure that device you sent us technically works properly ? I used it indoor could not detect any shot (only one by chance ) always red light becomes ON probably means that is not able to detect any ball then goes to sleep mode . seeign this we were waiting to go outdoor to test it , yesterday we went out putting it in outdoor mode , same issue ...connecting ...saying its ready ..but when hitting the ball no result ...nothing ...and after coupel of minutes wen to sleep mode, pls let us knwo how you can replace this device sendign another one. while i had a mevo simple , bought around 500 euros 2 years ago - that one is too easy to work with it and stoll works properly.

In discussion with Pro- trainer focused on metrics of importance. Use same in sessions to measure improvements. For now predominantly use swing analysis On driving range. Other functionality tested as face impact, statistics, etc. All works perfectly and connect and set up instructions and client service support based instructions have been perfect. Would advice to others.
Not particularly happy about performances: often the system freezed up (the small wheel keeps on turning forever) forcing me to clear up the conversation. Many mistakes and corrections to be done: the session analysis often doesn’t pick up all the irons or woods played during the sessions, but not considered by Badger Ai. I cannot upload my video, from external sources, whilst on Chatgpt I can without problem. Speed is very low. i would hardly reconsider to renew the subscription, unless modificatiion would occur. Quite disappointed.
