I want to return it. Sent 2x a mail no reaction. Short range is not good, really short readings tried it all no difference, trackman from my pro confirmed my real distance. Sometimes more than 35 meters short. WiFi streamline doesn’t work. That are exactly the two aspects that are important for me. Please reply to my email how to return it or I will share my experience on social media.

Hi Sir are you sure that device you sent us technically works properly ? I used it indoor could not detect any shot (only one by chance ) always red light becomes ON probably means that is not able to detect any ball then goes to sleep mode . seeign this we were waiting to go outdoor to test it , yesterday we went out putting it in outdoor mode , same issue ...connecting ...saying its ready ..but when hitting the ball no result ...nothing ...and after coupel of minutes wen to sleep mode, pls let us knwo how you can replace this device sendign another one. while i had a mevo simple , bought around 500 euros 2 years ago - that one is too easy to work with it and stoll works properly.

I use the flightscope Mevo gen 2 in the driving Range but when I use it, the radar reads Ghost balls i don't know why this happens

Finding the mevo gen 2 really insightful. Having had a mevo flightscope for the last 6 years the difference in metrics has really help make important swing tweaks that just were not possible with the flightscope data parameters.
Mevo Gen 2—The Game Improvement Machine For the last few years, I’ve been using a TrackMan 4 during training sessions with my pro. This experience has taught me just how valuable it is to understand the basic physics of the golf swing. It’s essential to become familiar with the key measurements and the realistic values you can expect from a launch monitor. Without that knowledge, the tool is essentially useless. FlightScope offers excellent YouTube videos that explain all aspects of the data in clear, insightful detail. At my level—consistently out of the 90s but still stuck in the low 80s, with occasional glimpses into the high 70s—I’m getting the same actionable insights from the Mevo Gen 2 as I did with the TrackMan, but for a tenth of the cost and with no recurring subscription fees. That said, you do need the Pro Package; otherwise, the base hardware alone isn’t worth the investment. The Face Impact package, however, is the icing on the cake. Using my launch monitor in every training session—combined with guidance from my teaching pro—has dramatically improved my swing. I’d say one month of progress with FlightScope equals about three months without a launch monitor. The FlightScope iOS app on an iPad has every feature you’ll ever need. If you’re serious about improving, go get one. There’s simply no better combination of price, value, data accuracy, analytics, software, and usability on the market. P.S. Fellow club members often ask why I spend so much time on the driving range with my Mevo Gen 2 instead of playing the course. The answer is simple: there’s a pure joy in chasing the numbers. For me, it’s like Zen archery—an art in itself, practiced for its own sake. A calming, meditative practice for the mind.

Outdoor is not so good the direction and the lateral spin. It show 50% of real fade or draw. Inside is not working so good with woods.
Very fast shipping and good product. Works decently with little light and it's really quick with data. In the other hand, streamlined wifi doesn't really work and is tricky to setup in a range, because sometimes it detects balls from the sides, I guess it's due to the lighting as well.
Missing some length even with the right setup 20-30 yards with the driver and 20 yards with iron from 7 and up

The product itself is fine, but it's missing some useful data. Sales representatives mentioned that we would get a pro package similar to the mevo plus when the gen 2 would get to full price, but so far we're at full price and we didn't get a pro package, So can't give it full stars as I'm pretty annoyed by that.

Breakdown of unit after 3 weeks of limited use. Support helpful to an extent, yet we are stuck as situation does not allow for repair or replacement - I am stuck with a brand new, yet broken piece of equipment I cannot exchange right now. Hopefully support will come up with a satisfying solution - and I do admit, the situation is complicated.
At present I’ve only used it on the range but soon I hope to try it as a simulator but so far very pleased

- Store the unit indoors, in its case, pouch, box, or backpack.
- Store in moderate temperatures, ideally between 60°-70° F. Avoid hot and cold conditions.

- When the time comes that you wish to use the radar again, please give it another full charge.
